Proven experience designing and delivering complex Microsoft 365 and security-focused solutions in large organisationsStrong expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Identity Governance, Single Sign-On, and the Defender product suiteAbility to design multi-technology solutions and contribute to technical, bid, and project documentationExcellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to large internal and external audiencesExperience leading technical teams and influencing stakeholders, with strong people management and negotiation skillsRelevant Microsoft qualifications or accreditationsA collaborative, customer-first mindset with the drive to deliver outstanding results
