This role is offered on a contract basis, inside IR35, paying £500-£700 per day, and is London-based with hybrid working.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end monthly IFRS 9 impairment production, ensuring accuracy, control and timely delivery.Review and challenge IFRS 9 model outputs, key drivers and impairment movements.Maintain and enhance post-model adjustments (PMAs) with full governance and documentation.Develop and produce impairment MI, dashboards and analytical reporting.Prepare materials for Impairment Forums, senior committees and audit interactions.Partner closely with Finance, Portfolio Management, Collections and wider Risk teams. Skills andamp; ExperienceStrong background in IFRS 9 impairment production andamp; reporting.Deep understanding of IFRS 9 methodologies, staging, ECL components and risk drivers.SAS and Excel proficiency (essential).Ability to translate complex analysis into clear insight for senior stakeholders.Strong controls, governance and documentation mindset.
