Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Grays, Essex
Salary/Benefits: -25k - -41k + Training & Benefits

Our client is a well-established name within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry, with a strong South Eastern presence. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor who can hit the ground running, and provide an excellent level of service to new and existing clients. It would be beneficial to have close access to the M25 for easier travel to client sites. You will be travelling across: Grays, Romford, Hornchurch, Tilbury, Basildon, Ilford, Barking, Chigwell, Epping, Harlow, Enfield, Cheshunt, Potters Bar, Watford, Welwyn Garden City, St Albans, Luton, Hitchin, Harrow, Wembley, Southall, Twickenham, Kingston upon Thames, Mitcham, Epsom, Sutton, Croydon, Bromley, Erith, Sidcup, Dartford, Orpington.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Proven experience undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot & cold water systems
- Must be qualified with the City & Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessments
- Fully conversant in HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
- Good interpersonal skills and experience
- Strong literacy and IT skills
- Flexible to travel in line with client requirements

The Role:
- Conducting thorough Legionella Risk Assessments in line with ACOP L8 guidelines
- Ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring
- Completing comprehensive risk assessment reports
- Advising clients on found risks, recommended remedial action and required compliance tasks
- Working across a range of commercial, public sector, industrial and local authority sites
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Working to assigned personal targets
- Maintaining robust technical knowledge
