National Business Development Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a National Business Development Manager for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis. Summary of the National Business Development Manager role Salary: £40,000 + bonus and car allowance Location: Primarily home based with most of the time spent visiting customers and distributor depots across the UK. Approx 4 times a month away overnight. Type of Contract: PermanentHours: 37.5 hour working week Responsibilities of the National Business Development Manager Collaborate with the National Account Manager and Senior New Business Development Manager to shape and implement the commercial strategy in line with company growth objectives.Identify, engage and convert new customersBuild and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end usersDeliver hands-on depot support, including site visits, product promotion and training where requiredWork closely with internal account managersMaintain ownership of new business opportunitiesMonitor market developments, competitor actions, and evolving customer requirementsKeep CRM systems accurate and up to dateRepresent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetingsProvide consistent, clear updates and insights to senior leadership Requirements for a successful National Business Development Manager Previous experience in a product-based field-based sales or business development roleProven track record of winning new businessIdeally knowledge and experience of the hygiene se
