You''ll provide expert guidance on employee relations, TUPE processes, and HR best practices, while contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities:Advise managers on a range of HR issues including performance, conduct, capability, sickness, and family leave.Support and guide managers through disciplinary, grievance, and capability procedures.Draft documentation and follow up on formal HR processes in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with the HR admin team to support onboarding and new starter processes.Build strong relationships across the business to support a proactive HR function.Stay up to date with employment law and ensure all advice aligns with current legislation and best practice.Must haves:Dealt with multiple Employee Relations experience at any one time / Minimum 20 ER cases at 1 timeTUPE experiencePrivate sector experienceCIPD Level 5 and aboveWhy join them:
