You''ll work across departments, supporting New Product Introductions (NPIs), solving complex production challenges, and contributing to continuous improvement projects that drive performance and reduce costs.What You''ll Be Doing:Lead and manage manufacturing and assembly projects, from planning to execution.Develop capital and expense budgets to support operational needs.Collaborate across engineering and production teams to support smooth NPI integration.Analyse and enhance manufacturing bay performance and support cost-per-hour reduction goals.Drive efficiency improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives across value streams.Create and maintain essential process documentation, including standard work procedures.Address operational challenges through creative problem-solving and continuous improvement.Assist in selecting and
