Premier Recruitment Group is proud to be partnered with a Legal 500 law firm, seeking a talented and driven Solicitor with 1 to 4 years'' PQE to join their busy and dynamic Commercial Litigation Department. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly regarded practice, working with leading clients and contributing to the continued growth of the department.

The RoleAs a Solicitor within the CS Litigation team, you will be responsible for:
Providing expert legal advice and representation in debt recovery litigation cases.
Managing a varied caseload, including defended debt claims, breach of contract disputes, insolvency cases, and enforcement actions.
Acting for a range of clients, from multinational organisations to local authorities.
Building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
Supporting the Head of Department with supervision, business development, and departmental growth initiatives.
Key Requirements
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in England and Wales.
Experience managing a busy caseload within litigation.
Strong knowledge of debt recovery litigation, contract disputes, and enforcement processes.
Previous exposure to local authority or utilities-related disputes would be advantageous.
Excellent client care and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
