To provide first line management for a team of technical, permanent and fixed-term, Maintenance Surveyors who deliver a full range of professional surveying services to: maintain THH owned properties, meet statutory and industry best practice; provide expert technical advice; offer support and guidance to more junior staff on building related matters and enquiries, often of a complex or multifaceted nature.-

To act as an expert witness in cases of disrepair litigation.-
