Customer Services Administrator Your new company Hays are working with a large retail-based organisation who are looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. You would need to start immediately due to a large new project which has been won.Your new role As a Customer Services Administrator, your role would be working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing and supporting our B2B customer service operations. Your role will involve handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with various departments to resolve issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. As a Customer Services Administrator, your role will involve:Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide updates.Maintain customer records and update databases.Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.Provide support for customer service projects and initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.What you''ll need to succeed Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a B2B environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
