Operations Support Administrator Location: Hybrid/London EC2R 7AF, with up to 3 days working from home after an initial period of training. At STC, we are responsible for: Collecting the money members and employers pay into SAUL Managing where that money is invested, and Making sure we pay the right pension to the right person at the right time. About the role The role is part of the Online Services team and manages the benefits and records of SAUL members daily. The role deals with incoming and outgoing correspondence and interacts with SAUL members and employers directly on the telephone and online.
