Are you an experienced and collaborative Network Infrastructure Engineer? In this role you would join a growing organisation supporting a wide range of sites across London. This is a hands-on technical role where you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing a secure, flexible, and reliable IT infrastructure environment. You will work closely with the IT Infrastructure Manager and the wider IT Team to deliver robust infrastructure solutions, support a multitude of project initiatives (there s lots!), and drive continuous improvement through innovation and automation. Your day-to-day will include: Designing, delivering, and maintaining resilient network and server infrastructure. Supporting Cisco network environments and working with Meraki cloud-based solutions. Managing a virtualised environment (VMware) and implementing robust backup solutions (Azure Site Recovery, Veeam). Overseeing network deployments and upgrades, with a strong focus on endpoint security and system optimisation. Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Ensuring compliance with Cyber Essentials and contributing to the development of IT strategies. Supporting network infrastructure services across a large, diverse estate, including security
