Mandarin Speaking Senior Sales Associate – Fine and High Jewellery

Our client is looking for several fluent Chinese, Mandarin and English-speaking full-time senior sale associates to join their team, based in there, Central London Boutique. The client specializes in high-end luxury watches and fine-high jewellery and requires an individual who fits the profile of the brand.The ideal candidate will have an interest in luxury fine- high jewellery and looking to start a career in this sector. A positive attitude towards work, as well as excellent client facing skills are fundamental to this role. Minimum of 2 years’ experience within luxury jewellery is essential, training will be given; the client is looking for someone they can develop so this is an ideal position for someone in the early stages of their career.Duties will involve using the cash register, assisting in the stockroom, advising clients and general retail duties.ProfileExperience: minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and driving service in Luxury RetailExperience in selling in fine jewellery, watches or luxury goods are desirableKPI driven and capable of succeeding in a target driven environmentGood team player and ability to work on own with high levels of motivationA commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client’s needs and experienceExcellent personal presentationA passion for customer service and sales floor focusedExcellent at working and delivering against deadlines and the ability to work under pressureProactive and positive in approachAble to communicate effectively with all internal and external customersExcellent communication skills both written and oralMust be fluent in Mandarin/Chinese and EnglishPlease note: all applicants must hold legal proof of their right to work in UK.Salary and benefits are very competitive and will be based on candidate experience.Applicants not contacted within six weeks should consider their applications unsuccessful.
