Are you a law graduate or an aspiring litigation executive looking for a rewarding role in a respected law firm? This is an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to manage their own case load while gaining hands-on experience in litigation.
We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented individual with a passion for law and litigation to join our client’s team. If you have completed or are currently studying your LPC or SQE and your looking for a role where you will gain experience in qualifying work, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing your own case load from start to finish.
- Handling high volumes of claims delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Liaising with clients, external organisations, and legal professionals.
- Assisting with client instructions, telephone interviews, and appointments.
- Providing legal support and guidance to clients where relevant.
- Reviewing and researching legal matters, including collecting notes.
- Drafting legal correspondence, letters, and case documentation.
- Preparing for settlement hearings and instructing counsel.
- Carrying out general legal administration and case management.
What We’re Looking For – Essential Skills & Experience
- Law graduate (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
- Completed, looking to complete OR currently studying LPC or SQE.
- Demonstrable experience in a law firm ideal OR a strong desire to work in law, backed by further qualifications.
- Knowledge of legal procedures and case handling.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases.
- Passion for litigation and legal research.
- Focused and driven by working to KPIs.
