This is an ideal opportunity for someone to work in a fast-paced environment, and to join our ambitious and fast-growing team.We are expanding our Personal Injury and claims division into Housing Claims and other litigation matters so someone who is able to handle such matters and is looking for an opportunity to grow is welcome to applyThe RoleYou will be responsible for leading and building the department and working closely and in collaboration with senior management to meet key metrics and targets, whilst delivering exceptional client care.Your main responsibilities will include:Act as a main point of contact for a range of clientsExperience with Pro Claim System is a plusManage a varied caseload covering various litigation and claim mattersActively participating in business developmentDealing with and converting new enquiriesReporting via FLG CRM and Excel (must be Excel proficient)Dealing with client enquiriesProvide support and learning to fellow team members in all queries regarding casework and best practiceEnsuring the overall development and monthly revenue targets are met for your clients.Meet expected performance updates, targets and revenue forecastWe are looking for someone who has a proven track record in litigation
