This team will play a crucial role in enabling the ongoing transformation of our agencies and functions.We''re seeking a Head of Infrastructure and Operations for EMEA to lead our regional team, orchestrate critical transformations, and ensure our technological backbone is robust, secure, and ready for what''s next. it''s about building, optimizing, and empowering our business through world-class infrastructure.Managing the EMEA InfraOps team, promote collaboration, accountability, and performanceMentoring and coaching the team members providing career growth and roadmapsAligning business priorities with TechOps leadership and deliverCoordinating all regional InfraOps projects with budget oversight including transformations, MAandD, cloud operations, network and all EoL infra upgradesBuilding relationships with key stakeholders, manage expectations, and meet needs efficientlyEnsuring efficient operation and availability of WPP EMEA InfraOps estateManaging regional operational infra change schedule with alignment to Global Infra Ops with co-ordination of regional user acceptance testingCollaborating with security teams to ensure remediation and complianceImplementing strategic plans focusing on security compliance, asset management, and technology efficiency.Provide regular updates on projects, team performance, and initiativesWorking closely with the Director of Technology Operation (TechOps), EMEA and the Director of Infrastructure and Operations, plus peers in region and globally, lead a team of Infrastructure and Operations (InfraOps) professionals overseeing regional WPP infrastructure, cloud services, domain architecture, security, compliance, and network operations in EMEA. Requires expertise in network architecture, cloud services, storage services, and compliance.Strong infrastructure and service management experienceSuccessful project management skillsExpertise in network architecture and cloud services (AWS, Box, Azure)Knowledge of security compliance and remediationUnderstanding of regional IT requirementsWe believe in the power of creativity, technology and talent to create brighter futures or our people, our clients and our communities.
