We''re looking for a Lead React Native/Mobile Application Engineer who''s passionate about building high-quality mobile experiences and is comfortable balancing hands-on technical leadership with mentoring a small team. You''ll be spending roughly 60-70% of your time hands-on - architecting solutions, contributing to design decisions, and helping drive technical excellence - and the rest leading a growing team (currently 2 engineers, soon to be 3). What We''re Looking For: Strong experience with React Native, which is what is currently used across all mobile projects. Strong background in native mobile development - iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java). Proven ability to lead small teams, set direction, and mentor junior engineers.
