We are looking for experienced Mechanical Duct Fitters & mates to join our team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople who are reliable, motivated, and take pride in their workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of HVAC ductwork systems (rectangular and circular)
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with health & safety regulations
• Coordinating with other trades to deliver projects efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a duct fitter
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Valid CSCS card (or equivalent)
• Own tools and PPE
• IPAF or PASMA qualification (desirable, but not essential)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
