Successful candidates will:Hold an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Spray Painting or qualified by experience Be experienced in the use of Cromax paints Perform all prep work, including cleaning, masking, degreasing, and surface preparationDeliver high-quality finishes on a range of componentsHave a strong understanding of high-precision standardsBe comfortable working to strict safety, cleanliness, and quality proceduresBe flexible to work rotational shifts and adapt to a fast-paced, professional environment Thank you for your application.
