You will be a driving force in advancing our technology, supporting our RandD efforts, and ensuring our products continue to meet the evolving needs of customers in the lab instruments market.As a Senior Scientist, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, lead RandD projects, and foster strategic partnerships to push the boundaries of innovation in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support RandD projects focused on chemistry instruments and laboratory technologies, from concept through to commercialization.Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product development, etc.) and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.Conduct detailed experiments, data analysis, and product evaluations to optimize performance and innovation.Align product development efforts with customer needs and market demands, ensuring a competitive edge in the laboratory technology market.Contribute to the development of new technologies and methodologies to drive product improvements and advancements.Provide expert advice and support to the RandD team
