Plumber
Contract Type: Temp to perm
Area: NW/ HA/ W/ TW 
Hours: 42.5 Hrs per week (Mon to Fri) 
Hourly Rate: £21.40 PH CIS 
Van & Fuel card provided 

Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced plumber multi to join our clients reactive maintenance team 

Duties 

• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults including leaks, blockages, taps, toilets, and pipework
• Completing bathroom repairs and minor installation works
• Making good after plumbing works to a high standard
• Attending disrepair properties and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframes
• Providing excellent customer service when working in tenanted properties
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations

Requirements 

• NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Plumbing 
• Domestic/ social housing/ council property repairs experience
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Full UK drivers license 
• Will be able to carry out secondary trades to a good standard
