CareerMakers Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor on behalf of our client based in Leeds, LS9. Responsibilities Oversee the planning and organisation. Provide day-to-day supervision and coordination support to a team of employees. Responsible for day-to-day completion of team tasks as well as delegated first level employee related activities. Monitor and supervise the activities of the production team to ensure effective performance of job duties. Assign work schedules and tasks to technical employees. Ensure the manufacturing and production team comply with set health and safety policies when carrying out job duties. Analyse and provide solutions to manufacturing challenges or issues.
