Engineering Team Leader required to lead maintenance team in a fast paced and growing FMCG business for a market leading company commutable from Falkirk, West Lothian, Stirlng and Glasgow. This position is based on a continental shift pattern and is within the drinks industryThe Role:Provide engineering advice and coaching where necessary.Manage and/or participate in manufacturing improvement project teamsLead team of engineers within proactive and reactive maintenance in a fast paced manufacturing environmentSchedule, collate and generate data on a monthly basis of all site plant from a condition monitoring viewpoint, highlighting pre-fail components The Candidate:Must be a good communicatorDetailed engineering knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing equipmentRecognised apprenticeship qualification or equivalent in relevant engineering disciplineUnderstanding of the contribution Engineering can make to the achievement of Manufacturing KPIsMust have been in a leadership role within engineering and has extensive experience of managing peopleMust be or have been a multiskilled engineer with hands on experience within FMCG
