This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of young people who require additional behavioural and emotional support to succeed in their education.The Role:As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students who may be at risk of exclusion or are already in alternative provision due to challenging behaviour, trauma, or complex SEMH needs. Working closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and pastoral leaders, you ll help create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where students can re-engage with learning and develop essential life skills.Key Responsibilities: Build positive, trusted relationships with students who display challenging or disruptive behaviour.Provide 1:1 and small group interventions focused on emotional regulation, resilience, and positive behaviour.Support teachers in the classroom, helping to de-escalate situations and promote engagement.Implement behaviour management strategies and personalised support plans.Act as a role model, mentor, and advocate for students, supporting their personal, social, and academic progress.Monitor and record behavioural incidents and contribute to EHCP reviews and pastoral plans.Collabor
