Customer Order Administrator
Our client is looking for a proactive Customer Order Administrator to join their busy team supporting marine-based clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships and delivering excellent customer service.Previous experience in a similar office based role is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.The RoleThis is a varied and busy role where you will manage customer orders and coordinate logistics processes from order through to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing customer orders and updatesLiaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teamsSupporting import and logistics administrationUploading information to customer portalsResolving customer queries and ensuring excellent serviceBuilding strong relationships with customers and suppliersMaintaining accurate records and documentationThe Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will be organised, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.Skills and Experience RequiredStrong communication and administration skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to multitask in a busy environmentProactive and problem-solving approachStrong customer service skillsPrevious office-based experience preferredAdditional InformationPermanent, full-time positionSupportive team environmentCareer development opportunitiesFree parking availableExcellent company culture
