Pay: From -90 per day (PAYE - no umbrella deductions)

What You''ll Be Doing
Providing individualised support on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis using tailored, practical learning approaches
Delivering creative lessons based on student interests - from learning Maths through Monopoly to teaching Geography in the community
Assisting with personal care when required (full training provided)
Using evidence-based approaches such as ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) and PECs (Picture Exchange Communication Systems)
Supporting students in developing key life skills, independence, and confidence
Helping to maintain a safe, positive, and pupil-centred environment at all times
What We''re Looking For
A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs
Calm, adaptable, and creative problem-solver with strong communication skills
Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative and supportive team
Interest in SEN, youth work, psychology, gaming, or IT is a bonus - but not essential
Willingness to complete safeguarding and induction training before starting
Physical readiness for a role that involves movement, activity, and engagement (a short fitness questionnaire will be completed)
