The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the campus is safe, secure, clean and well maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out day-to-day caretaking and site supervision dutiesMaintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitorsUndertake basic maintenance and minor repairsSupport room set-ups for events and daily college activitiesMonitor site security, including opening and closing the premisesCarry out regular health and safety checks and report any issuesAssist with cleaning duties as required across the site Essential RequirementsPrevious experience in caretaking, premises, facilities or maintenance workWillingness to undertake both maintenance and cleaning dutiesGood practical and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamA strong awareness of health and safetyAn enhanced DBS check through the Disclosure and Barring Service (must be in place or obtained prior to starting) What They OfferFull-time, stable employmentA supportive working environment within an education settingImmediate start for the right candidate
