Electrician - Social Housing (Voids & Occasional Tenanted)
Covering North Hampshire, Berkshire & Oxfordshire
Temporary (with potential for permanent)
Own transport required (van & fuel card provided if permanent)

We''re currently looking for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established team carrying out electrical works within the social housing sector.

This role will mainly involve void properties, with occasional work in tenanted homes. The work will be varied, offering a good mix of reactive maintenance, installations, and general repairs.

• Electrical works across void and tenanted social housing properties

• Reactive maintenance, repairs, testing, and minor installations

• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

• Travelling between multiple sites across North Hampshire, Berkshire, and Oxfordshire (mainly around Abingdon, with some work in Faringdon)

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

• 18th Edition

• 2391 or equivalent testing qualification (preferred)

• Experience in social housing or similar environments

• Own transport (van/fuel card provided for perm roles)

• Competitive hourly rate

• Monday-Friday work

• Opportunity to go permanent (with van and fuel card provided)
