In this role, you will play a key part in transforming complex HR data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Work with HR data sets to deliver actionable insights and reports to business stakeholders.Collaborate with engineering teams to understand source systems and data structures.Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Sisense or Power BI.Write efficient SQL/T-SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.Support data modelling and contribute to data warehousing efforts.Participate in ETL processes; experience with SSIS is a plus.Communicate findings clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.Influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling.Key Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in BI/Data Analysis, preferably with

HR data .Proficiency in SQL/T-SQL and Microsoft Excel.Hands-on experience with Power BI, Sisense, or similar BI tools.Familiarity with data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts.Exposure to SSIS or similar data integration tools is a plus.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.
