We are currently recruiting for a Relief Support Sous Chef to work with us covering a mix of sites in the North based around Leeds.

Location: Leeds

Rate of pay: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum + amazing benefits

Working pattern: 40 hours per week, predominantly Monday - Friday 7am to 3pm however some ad hoc support over weekends may be required

Must have full clean driving license along with their own car. Mileage covered.

Key Responsibilities:To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needsTo produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customersTo enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ''picture perfect'' every timeTo assist in developing and producing new service styles and food conceptsTo communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients
