Within their Commercial Valuation team, they are now looking to hire a Commercial Valuation Surveyor as follows: Working directly alongside the MD, servicing desirable clients in Prime London Scope to lead and develop the commercial division with share options over time MRICS/VRS with 5 years PQE Proven track record in Commercial Property Valuation Ability to Conduct property inspections, due diligence, and prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports within client timelines. Provide valuations and advisory services for a wide range of property assets across the main commercial sectors. Tech Savvy Excellent client-management skills, with a proactive, flexible approach.
