Main Responsibilities: As a Swap Dealer Onboarding Programme Manager, you will be accountable for defining and operationalizing the onboarding strategies while ensuring compliance.Define and set the roadmap for onboarding Swap Dealers, identifying necessary tasks and compliance requirements.Refine existing policies and risk controls based on identified gaps in compliance procedures.Operationalize reporting processes, including CFTC reporting requirements.Ensure the ongoing functionality of processes within the business-as-usual (BAU) settings.
