Lead the design and delivery of bespoke high-end private residential projectsWork directly with discerning clients, ensuring their vision is translated into exceptional architectural outcomesManage client communication with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detailDevelop creative design solutions that combine luxury, comfort, and functionalityOversee technical detailing, ensuring compliance with UK Building and Planning RegulationsCoordinate with consultants, contractors, craftspeople, and suppliers to achieve quality deliveryAdminister contracts and oversee on-site works to ensure precision and high standardsManage and mentor a small team, supporting professional growth and fostering collaborationEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to an uncompromising standard of excellenceIdeal Candidate
Registered Architect with substantial post-Part 3 experience in the UKProven experience in high-end private residential projects is essentialExcellent design capability, with a refined understanding of proportion, detail, and luxuryProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS softwareStrong technical knowledge, with ability to resolve complex detailing at the highest standardDeep understanding of UK Building and Planning RegulationsSkilled in client-facing communication, able to build trust and manage expectationsConfident in leading small teams and overseeing all stages of project deliveryConservation or existing building experience desirableStrong graphic sensibility and hand-drawing abilityOrganised, proactive, and enthusiastic, with a commitment to excellence
