An exciting opportunity for an experienced Resource/Workflow planning profession to lead, plan and coordinate the operational delivery of the annual programme of inspection to ensure effective resource allocation and scheduling of a programme of 400+ inspections for a large public sector organisation in GlasgowEssential skills:A proven track record of working in a similar role.Strong leadership skills with experience of working in a fast-paced operational scheduling environment resolving complex, competing priorities.Expertise in end-to-end scheduling and resource deployment at scale in an operational environment. This includes a good understanding of risks, issues and mitigation within resource and workforce planning.Excellent IT and data management skills particularly in managing large volumes of data.
