The duties for the Purchasing Administrator Process Purchase Orders onto the Purchase Order system, following the guidelines set out in the department, purchase orders are to be authorised within the agreed signatory levels as defined in the authorisation document. To process credit card internet orders Verification of acknowledgements from suppliers Process of supplier rejects Making and taking of telephone calls in a professional manner Dealing with problems relating to Purchase Orders ensuring a satisfactory result.
