Manufacturing Operator - Night Shift

Location: Perth
Pay Rate: £13.79 per hour - Weekly Pay!
Contract: 6-month temporary contract (with potential to extend)
Shifts: Monday - Thursday, 20:30-07:00 (Night Shift)

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operator to join our client''s night shift production team based in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a clean room manufacturing environment, working for a leading company in its sector.

About the Role

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a key role in supporting the production process by assembling, packaging, and inspecting products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the night shift team to achieve production targets.

• Follow SOPs and work instructions accurately and consistently.

• Operate and monitor production machinery and conveyors.

• Prepare and set up materials and equipment for production runs.

• Complete production paperwork and record data (weights, times, packaging details).

• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality compliance.

• Fill, seal, label, and pack containers to specification.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

• Comply with all GMP, ISO, and cGMP quality and safety standards.

About You:

• Secondary education or equivalent qualification.

• Experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment preferred.

• Clean room experience is an advantage.

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel).

• Team player with good communication skills.

• Physically fit - able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Comfortable wearing full PPE (cleanroom suit, gloves, mask, safety boots, and glasses).
