5+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally within

Business Change, Transformation, or Technology , with exposure to Insurance, Legal or wider Financial / Professional Services markets.A proven

360 recruiter

with a strong billing history (£200k+ annual)Confident winning and partnering with large-scale

global clientsStrong communication, relationship-building, and account management skillsThe drive, resilience, and ambition to thrive in a

fast-paced, target-driven
