Five days a week 8am - 12pm Approach Personnel are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a freelance retrofit project in Bournemouth. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of retrofit works including insulation upgrades, window replacements, MandE improvements, and internal refurbishments. You ll coordinate subcontractors, manage timelines, and ensure quality workmanship that aligns with retrofit best practices and building regulations. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of the site and all subcontractors Ensure health and safety compliance and site documentation is up to date Coordinate deliveries, materials, and scheduling Monitor project progress and report to the project lead Maintain high-quality standards and manage snagging and handover processes Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or commercial retrofit/refurbishment projects SMSTS Strong knowledge of retrofit Excellent communication and leadership skills CSCS card First Aid certificate
