This is a large, fast-paced production site with a strong engineering culture, modern equipment, and a clear focus on continuous improvement.The RoleReporting to the Engineering Section Manager, you will be part of a multi-skilled engineering team providing both reactive and planned maintenance across a high-volume production environment.This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for keeping production running efficiently, minimising downtime, and supporting ongoing improvement projects across site.We are looking to recruit two engineers, one electrically biased and one mechanically biased.Key Responsibilities Carry out reactive maintenance and fault finding to minimise downtime and production lossesComplete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities to a high standardWork with permit to work systems, isolations and risk assessmentsSupport continuous improvement and lean maintenance initiativesAccurately record work using CMMS systems, including parts and follow-up actionsWork closely with production, quality and HandS teams to ensure minimal disruptionAssist with installation, commissioning and improvement of new equipmentSupport traini
