s1jobs .In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with GPs, district nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, complementary therapists, and the wider community to support individuals in living well with their palliative illness. Our service is dedicated to addressing symptoms and empowering people to live life their way, for as long as possible, wherever they choose to be. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional hospice care to patients and their families. We want to hear from confident, compassionate nurses with palliative care experience, who are eager to join a dynamic and supportive team. If you are committed to delivering excellent person-centred holistic care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those with palliative care needs, we encourage you to apply.Our Team works Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm and Full and part time hours are available. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post. Qualifications and Requirements

Confident, compassionate nurses with palliative care experience.Willingness to join a dynamic and supportive team.Proven commitment to delivering holistic, patient-centred care.Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme membership is required; if not currently a PVG member for the appropriate group, a Disclosure Scotland process will be undertaken with the Hospice paying for the joint application.

Employment Details

Location: Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom.Hours: Monday to Friday 8am–5pm; full and part-time hours available.Weekend and Public Holiday rota: 8am–4pm.
