This is an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking a tangible route to Finance Director within a couple of years. Initially reporting to the Financial Director, your role will involve the following: Leadership of the finance team (12 individuals) Production of year end accounts Hands on production of month end management accounts with variance analysis and commentary Producing budgets and forecasts Ongoing and ad hoc project work Providing detailed financial and commercial analysis Introducing new robust financial processes VAT, cashflow, payroll and financial compliance This role is made for a qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) professional, with clear ambition to lead the financial function of a well-established and successful business.
