Overview
Global Learning and Development Manager (Part Time) at Dotdigital Group plc. Standalone role leading the employee Learning and Development activity across our global business, with a focus on theory to practice, delivery and impact of LandD initiatives.Responsibilities
Develop and implement a global LandD strategy to build individual talent and team capability to fulfil business targetsConduct robust learning needs analysis to identify requirements and develop solutions on an individual and team basisDesign, source and deliver learning content and coursesManage supplier / LandD partner relationshipsTake strategic ownership of HowNow LandD platformPlan, coordinate and schedule all LandD initiativesMaintain and generate LandD records, reporting and ROIOversee the training budget managementInfluence and inspire Department Heads/Senior Managers as a global LandD business partnerWork closely with our client training team to coordinate employee platform training and certificationWorking hours
This is part-time role equivalent to approximately 3 days per week, working patterns to be discussed. Hybrid - 1-2 days in the office depending on agreed working patternsAbout You
Previous experience in a management / business partner LandD roleMulti-territory delivery experienceProven successful delivery of management and leadership facing trainingProven track record of learning design and delivery globallyExcellent planning and organisation skillsExcellent, effective, communication skills both written and verbalAbility to inspire and influenceSelf-starter, able to setup processes and policiesIdeally experience working within a technology businessAbout
