Reporting to the Facilities and Maintenance Engineer, the successful candidate will provide technical support to maximise production efficiency during the night shift. You''ll play a key role in ensuring smooth tool changes, machine setups, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes within a cleanroom environment.

• Perform tool changes and setups with minimal downtime.

• Start machines using setting sheets or stored data to achieve target cycle times and product quality.

• Set up and adjust ancillary equipment such as conveyors, mould heaters, and dosers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve injection moulding and tooling-related issues.

• Maintain clean and organised tools and equipment.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Adhere to strict quality and traceability protocols, particularly for medical device components.

• Perform routine maintenance on injection moulding machines.

• Apprenticeship or equivalent in injection moulding or a related field, or relevant hands-on experience.

• Proven experience in injection moulding (medical device sector experience is desirable but not essential).

• Comfortable inspecting parts using standard inspection tools.

• Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.

• Excellent time-management, communication, and organisational skills.

• Confident using MS Office applications.

• Experience working in a cleanroom environment is advantageous.
