Interim HR Change Support

A 3-6 month interim role supporting the delivery of a large-scale change programme Your new companyYou will be joining a large organisation who are delivering a change programme across their organisation. This is a hybrid working position in central Oxford and a flexible attitude to come into the office when the consultations are taking place will be required to ensure employees receive the best possible experience under the circumstances.Your new role Working within an experienced HR team, your role will support senior leaders who are delivering the programme with consultations and ensuring timelines are clear and are met in line with the process and policies. You will also be providing advice and guidance and ensuring employees receive timely and accurate updates throughout. You will also manage the relevant correspondence to go to employees and will support the TU consultation process. What you''ll need to succeed Previous experience of supporting HR change programmes is essential to be considered for this interim role. You must be organised and able to work in a fast-moving environment where you will need to be ready to provide updates and progress reports at any given time. You will ideally have also worked in a unionised organisation in your previous change experience and will therefore be confident and able to speak with external TU reps and foster a collaborative working relationship throughout the delivery phase.
