Structural Revit Technician

with expertise in Revit to work on prestigious projects, including high-rise buildings, stadiums, and defense facilities with BAE.Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed structural Revit models for various high-profile projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.Coordinate with structural engineers and other team members to integrate structural designs into comprehensive Revit models.Prepare high-quality 2D and 3D construction drawings and details, tailored to client requirements.Manage Revit workflows, enforce model standards, and troubleshoot issues to enhance team efficiency.Support BIM coordination and clash detection processes to optimize design solutions.Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and best practices.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Revit software and recommend improvements to internal workflows and project standards.Qualifications

HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalentMinimum

3-5 years of experience

as a Structural Revit Technician within a consultancy or similar environment.Strong skills with Revit.Experience working on similar projects in the building sector.Strong knowledge of UK building codes, standards, and regulations.Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.On Offer
