As Finance and Operations Manager, you''ll take full ownership of finance across multiple entities and provide operational support in a dynamic SME environment where your impact is immediate and visible. What You''ll Do Manage multi-entity finance (SPVs): reconciliations, journals, intercompany, payments, and cashflow forecasting. Produce monthly management accounts and quarterly investor reports. Handle VAT, CIS, PAYE/NIC, and Companies House filings. Oversee payroll for a small team; liaise with auditors and external accountants. Work closely with outsourced HR partner on contracts and onboarding. Support day-to-day office operations and occasional PA/admin tasks. About You SME finance background: resourceful, hands-on, accurate, and self-sufficient. Experience in multi-entity or project-based accounting. Strong Xero and Excel skills. Qualification: AAT L4/QBE or part-/newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA. Bright, personable, and adaptable - thrives in a small, open-plan office. Happy to work onsite five days per week in Hoxton.
