The Role - Mentor
As a Mentor, you will work closely with students on a 1:1 and small group basis, supporting them both academically and emotionally. The successful Mentor will support behaviour management, emotional regulation, and re-engagement with learning. You will work alongside teachers, pastoral staff, and external professionals to provide consistent and structured support for students who may display challenging behaviours. Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential for this Mentor role.
