Experience in leading an engineering team. Ability to manage risk, meet security standards, and prioritise maintaining and protecting service while transforming capabilities and experiences.Extensive experience in enterprise data network operations, with exposure to Cisco Wi-Fi, ACI Technologies, SD-WAN, and network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Sev-1.Experience with Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling, proficiency in one or more: Python, Harness, Ansible and Terraform.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience creating and maintaining product roadmaps, managing technical debt, maintaining health of production instances, and creating space to develop skills needed by the target technology architecture.Ability to take ownership, unblock technical challenges, and forecast new patterns and technical solutions ready for full use.McGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on any grounds.
