This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable Estates/Environmental Services professional who is passionate about ensuring we can provide homes in a safe, well-maintained environment. Utilising your contract management skills and financial acumen, you''ll lead on the procurement, management and monitoring of different service contracts, from grounds maintenance to tree surgery and communal cleaning to name a few; ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, focussing on getting things right first time and continuously improving the service. You''ll be accountable for developing and implementing contract management frameworks, as well as undertaking regular performance reviews. As well as managing the performance of contractors, you''ll also lead and manage the performance and development of your team of Contract Officers and Administrators, providing coaching and other development support as required.
