The central LandD team provides a wide range of development initiatives - from business systems training to personal and professional development programmes - to support staff across all locations.Role Overview: The LandD Manager for Business Systems Engagement will work closely with the Head of LandD to lead the team responsible for delivering training and development related to business systems across the firm. This role involves managing a team of LandD Officers, overseeing the learning strategy for business systems, and ensuring successful adoption and usage of key platforms across all office locations.
