As a Trade Sales Support Executive, you will support the sales team, manage bespoke customer product requests, and ensure a smooth customer experience from initial enquiry to delivery. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team with administrative tasks Manage bespoke customer product requests from start to finish, liaising with the Purchasing team Handle incoming account and sales enquiries via phone and email, logging all information in the CRM system Coordinate with internal departments and logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders Respond to customer queries for over 3,000 products Create and implement sales pipelines within target industries to drive growth across new product ranges Ensure the department runs efficiently and customers have a seamless experience Who You Are Experienced in a fast-paced sales environment Strong communicator via telephone, email, and face-to-face Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Strong numeracy skills Self-motivate
